做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
