做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂(liè )一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。
