做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
