做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
