做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的(de )鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。
