做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
