做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
