做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
