做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
