做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
