做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
