做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
