做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
