做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
