做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
