做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
