做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
