做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
