做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
