做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
