做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
