做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
