做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
