做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
