做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
