做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
