做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
