做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
