做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。
