做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
