做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
