做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
