做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
