做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
