做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
