做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
