做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
