做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
