做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
