做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
