做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
