做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。
