做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
