做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
