做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
