做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
