做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
