做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
