做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
