做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
